GP magazine is the brainchild of Cindi Cook, Founder, Editor in Chief, and Publisher. With twenty five years in publishing and the launch of four magazines under her belt, Ms. Cook is uniquely qualified to bring the beauty and vivacity of Grosse Pointe to life in the pages of GP. Ms. Cook was Editor in Chief of Hamptons; Senior Editor at Hamptons and New York versions of Cottages and Gardens; Managing Editor on the launches of Avenue on the Beach, Manhattan Style, Nylon, Stuff, and Hamptons Country; and Staff Writer on the startup Hampton Style.

As a writer, Ms. Cook has published the book Fear, Fortitude, and the Future under her production company, CCC, and Nino Cerruti: Fashion Icon with German publisher teNeues. Her work has appeared in HuffPost, The New York Times, Women’s Wear Daily, Tatler, Interior Design, Allure, Condé Nast Traveler, The New York Post, NYLON, Manhattan File, Hamptons Country, and Hamptons. From 2019 to 2022, she served as the Paris Correspondent for the international newswire Anadolu Agency. Ms. Cook has completed projects for David Yurman, BoConcept, Corcoran Real Estate, Coralie Charriol, Citizen Watches, and Bath & Body Works. Ms. Cook is a member of The Junior League of Detroit and a resident of Grosse Pointe Farms
